We know it can be hard to tell someone. The person who is abusing you may be your own family member, someone who the community looks up to as an amazing person, someone who your mom or father may be extremely close to. The person may have told you that they will harm you, your parents, or someone in your family. The person may have told you that it's your fault and that no one will believe you if you tell. If you have been told any of those things, please know that you have been told a lie.

Please know that you do not deserve what is happening to you.

Please know that it's not your fault.

Please know that you have no reason to be ashamed.

Please know that you have no reason to be afraid to seek help.

Please know that you're not the only one who has experienced this or is going through this.

Please know that we are here to help you. Even if you want to just talk to someone, we're here for you. Contact us today. The help you need is just an email or a phone call away.
